John Fischer
Founder · Fischer Acquisitions & Development
John Fischer has spent more than two decades across acquisitions, asset management, development, capital markets and investment strategy in multiple commercial real estate asset classes, nearly $1 billion in aggregate transactions. As Director of Acquisitions for CBRE Investors he led acquisition efforts across the western U.S., executing roughly $960M at a ~$40M average deal size, working directly with institutional investors to source, diligence and integrate assets. Earlier he grew a CRE securities venture by $200M+ in AUM and helped dispose of a $90M portfolio at a 23% investor IRR. Through Fischer Acquisitions & Development he leads the full development side: entitlement, assemblage, and public-private and municipal partnerships, delivering hotel, conference-center, multifamily and mixed-use projects across Texas.

Jason Bartlein
Managing Partner
Jason Bartlein has spent over two decades in commercial real estate debt, equity and capital markets, with transaction volume across every major property type: office, retail, industrial, multifamily, hotel, self-storage and large portfolios. He underwrote and ran due diligence on several billion dollars of CMBS, including a single $1B+ portfolio, and as a mortgage banker and direct lender, completed 150+ commercial mortgage-banking transactions, placing debt across CMBS, agency, life-company, bank and debt-fund sources. In the value-add space he originated senior and mezzanine bridge loans and asset-managed the closed book reporting to Hines Global REIT. He now leads capital markets through Bolder Capital, his capital-advisory firm, and is a partner in Titan Vanguard, a property-ownership firm holding ~250,000 SF of office across six properties as well as smaller retail assets.

Day-to-day hotel performance is executed by Aurmint's contracted operating partner. The platform brings real-time operating intelligence, disciplined revenue management, labor and procurement systems, brand-standard execution and portfolio-wide benchmarking to each property.
Aurmint retains control of acquisition strategy, underwriting, capital allocation, renovation priorities, investor reporting and the asset-level business plan.
